Important Information Regarding Meetings

At our company, we strive to provide our clients with a seamless experience when requesting specialized services. We offer an electronic self-service request channel through which you can choose from a wide range of services, including office furniture installation, office furniture acquisition, office furniture relocation, office furniture storage, move services, office layout, space design, other logistic services, office re-configuration, and other professional help services.  Please note that the first step in the appointment process involves collecting more information about your request through a telephone conversation.

On-Site Meeting Timelines

When requesting an on-site meeting outside the zip codes 757, 804 and areas within the zip codes, please be aware that additional planning may be necessary to ensure a successful and efficient meeting. To guarantee a smooth administration and preparation of the on-site meeting, the following timelines are essential:

  • For travel time more than one hour: We require 3-7 days notice.

  • For travel time two hours or more: We require 7-15 days notice.​

 

By adhering to the above timelines, it will ensure all necessary arrangements to accommodate the requirements of the meeting are planned and in-place.  Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
